Accounts & Banking Services

We offer three checking options: Essential Checking ($0 monthly fee, no minimum balance), Advantage Checking ($12/month, waived with $1,500 balance, includes cashback rewards), and Premier Checking ($25/month, premium benefits, waived with $10,000+ balance). All accounts include free online banking, mobile check deposit, and a contactless debit card.

You can open an account online in under 10 minutes! Visit our Open an Account page, choose your account type, and provide basic information (name, address, SSN, and government ID). You'll need an initial deposit (as low as $0 for Essential Checking). You can also visit any branch to open an account in person.

Our High-Yield Savings account requires a minimum deposit of $25 to open. There is no monthly maintenance fee if you maintain a $300 minimum daily balance, otherwise a $5 fee applies. The current APY is 4.25% on all balances.

Yes, all our accounts support joint ownership. Both account holders will have full access to funds, online banking, and debit cards. To add a joint holder, visit a branch with the person or submit a joint account application online.

Online & Mobile Banking

Click "Enroll" on our homepage or mobile app. You'll need your account number, Social Security Number, and email address. Create a username and password, verify your identity via code sent to your phone/email, and you're ready to go!

On the login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter your username or email, and we'll send a verification code to your registered phone or email. Follow the prompts to create a new password. Need help? Call our support line at 1-800-555-1234.

Yes, our mobile app is completely free for all customers. Features include:

Log into the mobile app, tap "Deposit Checks." Endorse the back of your check with "For Mobile Deposit Only." Take a photo of the front and back of the check, enter the amount, and submit. Funds are typically available within 1 business day. Limits apply based on account history.

Loans & Credit Cards

Rates vary based on loan type, term, and credit score. As of today, 30-year fixed mortgages start at 6.25% APR, 15-year fixed at 5.75% APR. Visit our Mortgage Center for personalized rates or call 1-800-555-5678 to speak with a loan officer.

Security & Fraud Protection

Immediately lock your card through the mobile app or call our 24/7 emergency hotline at 1-800-555-9999. We'll cancel the card and issue a replacement (typically arrives in 3-5 business days). You're protected with our $0 liability guarantee for unauthorized transactions.

Call our Fraud Department immediately at 1-800-555-7777 (available 24/7). You can also submit a dispute online through your account or visit a branch. We'll investigate and credit provisional funds within 10 business days if fraud is confirmed.

Yes! We require two-factor authentication (2FA) for all online banking logins from unrecognized devices. You can also enable 2FA for every login in your security settings. Options include SMS codes, email verification, or authenticator app.

Fees, Transfers & Wire Transfers

Domestic wire transfers: $25 for incoming, $30 for outgoing.
International wire transfers: $45 for outgoing (incoming free).
Premier account holders receive 2 free domestic wires per month.

You have free access to over 30,000 ATMs in our network (look for the Allpoint logo). Out-of-network ATMs may charge a $2.50 fee, plus any surcharge from the ATM owner. Advantage and Premier accounts reimburse up to $15 in out-of-network ATM fees per month.

ACH transfers typically take 2-3 business days. For same-day transfers, use a wire transfer (fees apply) or Zelle® (instant, up to $2,500/day). External account links can be set up in online banking.
